Designated support team for streamers being bullied with ToS strikes without actually breaking ToS
Hello, I have felt like there are a few things that have been concerning for small streamers in regards to some of the ways their account/channels in particular have been handled. Being aware that putting out content on the internet brings a platform for all types of eyes which in turn puts creators at a risk for various sorts of individuals who come in and out of their streams who may have ill intentions. There have been a few instances where creators feel they were singled out. Harassment being an example I personally feel should be something that, if possible, should be assigned to a team designated for that specific reason and looked into as a case by case basis, perhaps submitting & reviewing more thorough evidence in the reporting process so streamers are unable to just get immediately banned or suspended as the result of "trolls" or "hate watchers" simply trying to mess with the streamer. As an example: The Twitch content creator: Viohleta is currently suspended (again) and has been suspended unfairly multiple times as a result of "hate watchers" reporting out of spite as an attempt to get the content creator banned either as a "troll" or just general ill intentions.
A possible solution: Having a designated team or support staff more readily available to review ToS content reports so that these smaller streamers don't just get immediately suspended/ banned, especially in cases where no ToS breach has taken place. Twitch has stated that it wants to be "a safe and inclusive platform for content creators and viewers equally", but when harassment like this takes place so frequently it becomes emotionally taxing on the content creators suffering the consequences of these attacks, and in some cases taxing on the viewers as well especially if they have invested alot in the streamer. It begs the question of why isn't there already a more thorough support team assigned to this matter? With the "Just Chatting" and "Pools & Hot Tubs" categories growing increasingly popular, it doesn't make any sense as to why some streamers are being unfairly banned while being entirely mindful of the guidelines, while other partnered streamers are not penalized for actually pushing the boundaries of how much they can get away with ignoring the guidelines.
It would be greatly appreciated if this matter could be looked into & taken more seriously, and if any smaller streamers that have been unfairly punished could have their accounts restored. Thank you
