Don't warn the chatter when their message wasn't sent due to moderation settings
When a chatter sends a message containing a banned term, they are met with the following message:
"Your message wasn't posted due to conflicts with the channel's moderation settings."
If the chatter is a harassing chatter, they will most likely just find a way to get past the banned words filter.
Example, in this scenario the word 'apple' is banned:
-> Chatter: 'Man, I really love this apple!"
<- Twitch: 'Your message wasn't posted due to conflicts with the channel's moderation settings.'
-> Chatter (trying to get past the filter): 'Man, I really love this app1e!' (notice how app1e gets past the filter)
The chatter will only try to get past the filter if they are aware that their message was withheld.
I propose a new setting the streamer can use:
-> Chatter: 'Man, I really love this apple!'
<- [The message shows up on the harassing chatter's screen, but isn't sent to anyone else]
The chatter now has no idea their message has been withheld, and the odds that he tries to get past the filter is significantly lower. Maybe the moderators even get a notification that someone has used the banned term, and can moderate accordingly.
Sometimes, this could be an inconvenience because a chatter might've used a banned term in a positive context. To solve this, the streamer could apply this setting only to a subset of banned words with a prompt "Warn the chatter when their message was withheld? y/n" or something along those lines.
This feature request is focused mainly on the banned terms filter, but the same issue arises with the automod withheld-message warning.

Automod is annoying. It should just not post the message. Why create resentment in users complaining of censorship with moderation messages? Just don't have it post quietly. No penalties needed except for users repeatedly attempting to post such messages.

I wouldn't say this is a good idea. Shadowbans should be reserved specifically for big deals.
Sometimes the auto modded word is something that you can't even figure out and you've said only a completely innocuous sentence. For example I guess a channel owner didn't like being tagged, so his own channel name was an auto modded phrase. Imagine how antithetical it would be for someone to be talking to their favourite streamer and be shadowbanned just because they used their name but were never alerted to it

Before you accuse of somebody who is harassing? Make sure you tell the difference between a positive and a negative. And I do not like much trying to dictate. Or trying to moderate something that they have no business doing. There is a difference between obsessive chatting and harassment. You'll need to go to school and learn the difference. This mechanism may have been placed there for good, but I'm getting this message with literally anything I say, even with the emotes. This is only happening with a particular channel and not in general. Please fix this.

Why every time I try to send a message in any twitch users room, it says “ your message wasn’t posted due to conflicts with channels moderation settings it’s not just one users room is every users room. I cannot chat with anybody am I banned? I just made this account because my old account was banned.
