New Report Tool
I think the new tool is kinda helpfull because it's easier to report and makes it more efficient but i think maybe the problem is in how easy is to create multiple accounts. I've seen people that i reported a few minutes later on the chat again with another account. Maybe it'd be better to make it more difficult to create it or have another way to verificate it.

This issue needs to be addressed 100%. No other online software permits multiple logins. You've many twitch users who will "**** talk/harass/bully" others in the chat and then hide behind their actual (and I know personally of two members who are Twitch Partners) ID's who fall into this category. Quite similar to how Norton or ITunes (not an ad) it should be tied to 2 maximum decides and that's it, until you remove one from the list and engage another.
