Wasn't absolutely sure where to post this, so i am giving it a shot here. I am for the ban evasion idea, however, it has an issue and that is that i still have to ban evaders that want to come and just spam in my chat. It takes someone literally a minute or so to have a new account created and proceed to repeat the actions they were doing. I've personally had someone who will come in and continually make new accounts to say the same things over and over even though he's flagged for ban evasion, i still have to roll over and ban him again.

As such i suggest a third level of ban evasion that outright bans a user if they are flagged for ban evasion. This is of course an optional thing to have for a channel, but it saves me having to go and ban someone every time they want to continually harass my channel even if my chat can't see it, i do and would rather save myself the time away from my content to ban a user again to make sure they still flag for it.

There is still the option for people who have been banned to request an unban, but it's tiring to sit and ban someone every 2-4 minutes because they have nothing else to do but create multiple accounts to spam chats.
