Muted Audio Issue
I'm writing because I have an issue regarding muted audio.
Here is the link:
Your software says that the audio is muted because the song at 6:03 allegedly belongs to BaliBiki and is titled "Do Hee."
There are two issue:
The song at 6:03 is title "The Space Was The Place," was written by Audio Hertz, and it was released into the YouTube public domain library in 2020.
When I Google "BaliBiki" and "Do Hee" the song doesn't match the track at 6:03 in my video. That song is titled "Road Tripzzz" and was written by Ofshane. And, it was also released into the YouTube public domain library in 2020.
The YouTube audio library tracks using the YT license are free use, any work, no attribution (CC0) even on other platforms.
So, one I think your software might have an issue with properly reporting the time of the track, or it might be in your database with the wrong title. Either way, neither of these tracks belong to anyone anymore, and should not be flagged.
I have also disputed the claim but wanted to share the experience with hopes that the software or database defect can be identified...
I'm writing in hopes that a particular issue is resolved with an actual change. I've been streaming a game series by the name of Kingdom Hearts. This game series has an abundance of copyrighted music I understand, however I have needed to appeal the audio on those streams alone, no others. I am aware of the rules and such regarding playing music with copyrights, but I never intend on just playing said music with the intention of only listening, I solely play the game to play the game with commentary for others to watch and understand maybe have a laugh or 2, so when I appeal my audio I expect to have my audio back no problem, but even when it is appealed it becomes muted again and I'm not allowed to have it back and it mutes everything music, game sounds, and my commentary. So hopefully this can be worked on in the future so we can actually enjoy games without any problems.
