Let Users Attach Files in User Reports
It can be rather unintuitive to post links as evidence in user reports, as they're not parsed and can easily be overlooked. Therefore, to reinforce user reports more effectively, I suggest that Twitch upload files as attachments therein, such as pictures and video files.

So much this! I have about 20+ screenshots of a user harassing and threatening myself and other streamers that I have NO way of getting to a staff member. Most of it occurs offsite on discord, but since the 2 platforms are so intertwined and tthere's no way to attach files to reports in twitch itself...I'd comfortably say that 99%of harassment reports go unactioned. C'mon Twitch...do better!
