Hello Twitch and other readers

unfortunatly many bot-accounts are around and new one are creating at the moment. Some friends, other streamers are targeted with attacks with bot-accounts.

They have something to do from your side twitch, specially that some Bots have tools to get the IP from people who visit the Accountpage ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdyBV3Zoa0Y ) should be a signal for u to investigate fast as possible.

In the last few days/weeks i experience that hoss00312 are around i followed (and unfollowed) me with multiple accounts.
What do you suggest to do, when people experience something like that? I know there are tools (who should be available from you and not from 3rd persons) to remove fake-followers but i'm sure, we can do more? Maybe give an information per mail and in Dashboard to tell the community what we can do, to stop the issue.

My suggestions:
- Limit that only 3 Accounts (or less) per Email
- Make the creation of an account more complicated (two-factor verify for example)
- After 1 day and 1 months after creation of an account the account have to verify by a mail, SMS or what else again, to prove, that a person are behind
- A website botreport.twitch.com where people can report accounts easier than now. Maybe a team of volunteer checking reported accounts (sending a verifymail if the situation are unsure) and ban them.
