Banned Username Approval Change
if a account has been banned it needs to go threw a process before they can change just like when you have a emote removed because that is ban evading and they are still able to lurk and be around we currently see this going on with accounts that have been banned by multiple streamers but just change there name and continue to troll and bother the streamers

I have same problem as well!! I tried block and ban this person however this person keep switching the usernames every month with same person and still bother to troll this person including ban evasion to avoid their reports like disappear I am tired for this person from mischievious stragetgy

for further explanation this speaking on accounts that have been banned and blocked from multiple streamers accounts this will also give time for twitch to look for reports or for the streamers report to actually be looked at before they can continue harassing streamers on or off twitch especially if they cant see there account which is also something that has been suggested

This is an amazing idea. And Twitch I hope you actually take this idea into consideration. Sometimes the trolls come back with different names just to brag how you can ban them again and again they’ll just come back. Don’t give them a chance to come back. It’s not fair to the streamer.
