Add Authy Badge and "Authenticated Users Only"
Here's a catch of the Followers-Only mode that is bad: A spambot can follow anyone at any time and never talk anything. By the point someone turns on Followers-Only mode the bot has followed long enough to be allowed to taint the chat with spam.
And here's the solution:
Authy Badge: this would be a better "Verified Badge" than the Verified Badge, because it would confirm that the person activated 2FA, which typically involves having a phone, which typically means bots have a harder time verified themselves as a legitimate user and the Verified Badge is nothing more than "this Person is a partner, ya'll!" badge, doesn't even fit the term "verified".
Authenticated Users Only: As I said above: 2FA is a roadblock for bots. Whether it is a big roadblock or not, I don't know, but I'm pretty SURE it is better at that than whatever other spam control is currently in effect.

This should be applicable to the new, "Verified Accounts Only Chat", but so far having 2FA enabled is not inclusive. As it already involves Authy submitting a mobile number for another data field is just asking for trouble. Too many exposed vectors of user personal information.
