Emails about report should be more informative!
In case I send a report not all, just like half of them were checked (I get sometimes no Emails regarding my report). And in this Email you send me about my report would be nice, if you add the reported account name + my report data (why I did reported, and my report text).
Also in case you are done with my report, send back me please a detailed Email from EVERY report! What account were checked, what was my report, what is your decision, and why you decided like this! If you want a detailed information why I report somebody, I can just expect the same thing!
I want to unterstand and have a clear overview what you do with my reports!
"Twitch has zero tolerance for hateful conduct". "We will take action on all instances of hateful conduct and harassment"
Last time I reported 26 accounts. I get 12 Emails regarding this. 6 accounts were deleted. Why did you not checked 12 of my reports? Why only 6 accounts were deleted, and not like 20? Not clear why only random 6? And there were like 5 similar accounts created only to bully me (I reported all many times). Only 3 of them were deleted...what is with the other 2? Are they ok in your opinion? Or what is happening at your side?
Or even you could create a kind of my reports page, where I could check my reports and see, what happened and what not. To urge the decision about the report, because videos or clips were be deleted after time, etc. Would be maybe better than those Emails, as now on...they are like Spam. They are for nothing!
Cheers and thank you!

Example:
One account were created to bully me
kozaka: !accountage kozakazsiroshaja
StreamElements: @kozaka, kozakazsiroshaja was created 7 months 26 days 15 hours ago.I reported right away...the guy created 3-4 accounts with similar name in 5 minutes distance. Some were deleted by Twitch...some not after my report. Transparency? Rules?
I thought that those accounts were deleted after my report but only some of them were eliminated. The question is why?
Therfore I would like to have a system in Twitch where I can search my reports and see the progress. Add more information etc.

I thought, the new Safety Center will have a ticketing system, where I could really transparent check that any action were taken or not. But it is just texting about how to report and such.
The problem is, that if I report somebody (and believe me...they attacking me or somebody) it MUST be taken some action. For me, the state, that "we do nothing" is also ok. Because I could then decide the next steps, that I go to police and Twitch has to work on the issue again. If somebody offending me or my family, I want that this account at least deleted!
But I think Twitch will avoid transparency to hide the fact, that
1) they do not have time to check all the reports
2) not all accounts will get the same punishmentAnd really...I do not know, why an account, what is just created for bully somebody, is not deleted after years? After many reports! Protect your content creators dear Twitch!

I just read agentdave7's comment after replying to the "Report Transparency/Feedback" thread, I said basically the same there, but it fits better here.
Definitely like to know at least which report they've taken action on. -

Lots of great points mentioned above, expanding even further than the original title. 👍
After sending reports for a couple months now since the new changes were implement (thanks for your hard work Safety Team + others that made this happen!) I got my first "We've actioned on your report" email. Receiving it gave me some validation that it wasn't a waste of time to send reports - only problem was I didn't know which report was acted upon. It would also be nice if the original email stating the report was successfully submitted, had a record of what my report was.
I don't want to waste my time, or someone else's, if certain reports that I file aren't resulting in action being taken. Without that feedback, I don't know how to improve.
The reporting flow is really important because in many official Twitch channels it is regularly stressed that reporting is vital for action to be taken - same thing is said about how important feedback is and to use this UserVoice portal. At least with this forum, suggestions can be tracked and statuses can be assigned. A similar system would be super helpful to keep track of reports that I've submitted.
