18+ NSFW content section and filtering
With twitch taking a large stake in livestreaming as a whole I feel it is best for twitch to branch out into allowing 18+ NSFW content on the platform.
I propose that 18+ content is limited exclusively to verified 18+ users of the site, and is impossible to discover by default - but can be found using a convenient account setting.
In this way ambiguity between certain game content and body painting can be eliminated by defining what makes content 18+ or not 18+
A safe alternative to other NSFW live stream sites can be created through twitch in this way as well

Make twitch 18+ or create a separate adult section for all adult content
The ASMR section has softcore **** instead of ASMR, might as well protect minors and make the site 18+ or have a separate section for people who make adult content thrive in.
I wouldn't let a child use twitch because it isn't safe. Parents can't always monitor what's on a platform that says it's safe for minors. Somethings slip up and it should acknowledged.
For this separate section, to protect minors from adult content further having a security check before entering the section could be helpful, maybe something like enter your birthday and log in "remember log in" tab could show up too.
If twitch wants to make itself accessible to minors, this is one way to keep it safe for work.

Unfortunately, a fair number of users can—and likely will—abuse that setting, so Twitch would need to punish those who do. Otherwise, it's a good idea.
