Streaming Licenses - Radio Stations
if a user has a streaming license for music, can the account be geo-restricted for the covered territories, or noted that a license is held on providing proof of license?

My idea is that twitch gets a license to stream music like radios do and have a extra fee for creators that lets them play any music.
