DMCA risky game list
Put together a comprehensive list of games that could put streamers at risk of DMCA. Similar to how there is a banned list of games not allowed to play on Twitch (outdated). This DMCA list would need to be updated frequently.
Maybe also with a description of what could cause a strike in the game. Would allow for at risk games to still be streamed and promoted, but would allow streamers to be more prepared to mute if necessary.

For example I just got a "copyright strike" on my channel for just streaming a game that I would have never streamed with a simple warning at least when selecting its own category (that is available/selectable). -

I absolutely support this. I stumbled upon the second game with such a problem. "Tree of Savior" was my first one, thankfully the music can be muted there. But now I started to play "Yume Nikki" and I suddenly got a claim. A claim on a game that actually has no copyrighted music and is free to share... I don't even know how to appeal to that, as none of the choices say "Hey guys, the claim is actually wrong and should not be listed!", but yeah.

Make a list for content creators on twitch to use which will provide information on which game's or game company's EULA approves of broadcasting their game or game music without the harm of potentially getting DMCA'd for not muting in game while streaming.

Please consider doing the legwork for the community and come up with a list of DMCA safe games. This would do wonders for the community and save people from trying to contact each individual publisher on their own. If a game isn’t DMCA safe it would be nice to know why and if there are any work arounds such as turning off in game music, etc.

Create a comprehensive blacklist of popular game categories on twitch that use copyrighted music. This will help streamers avoid games that will get them in trouble.
