Allow streamers to set a default VOD description
Allow streamers to set a default VOD description which would be automatically added to any new VODs created. It might include things such as credits for creative commons content they use, etc. so they can avoid DMCA strikes twitch seems intent on holding us responsible for and include stuff like their social links and other info.

I second that. I've been hit with an automated pro-active partial audio mute for couple of NoCopyrightSound songs last 2 days. I have a Spotify widget active on my stream, as an OBS browser source, displaying the currently played song name and artist, and I've got chat alerts and a command to display a music credit from NCS.io which should be enough to fall within an auhorized use of the music. Appealing for the mute was successful, after Twitch reviewed the appeal, reviewed the video description where I have clearly stated the origin of the music, and decided to approve it. However, I can't set a default VOD description, which should be a norm. I can set a default description to YouTube uploads, which will be preloaded when uploading a video, to be edited later. That same default video description is also available for live streams as well. Why can't I set up a default VOD description on Twitch, where I can simply just edit it later on to add a bit of a context for the past stream? But have the music credit ready from the go, while the VOD is available even during the live stream (yes, many people don't even know that - your VOD already exists the moment you hit "Go LIVE", it gets created instantly and is being filled up with the video and audio data you feed it - and if you've set up the VOD to be automatically published, anyone can see it while you're still live, provided they know the link - or they're subscribed and therefore they can rewind the stream at that point, which pretty much just loads the VOD behind the scene)...
