Editors manage clips

At time of writing an editor of a channel can upload/edit/manage/delete vods and highlights, but cannot edit/manage/delete clips

As of yesterday, Editors can now delete Clips!

Extremly important ! Vods are not necessery. But Clips would be sooo important that Editors can delete them. Clips often have missleading/rassist/ titles or show sth out of Context. We as Editors need the option to help our content creator with this !
