We need an option to restrict the chat to accounts banned from x-number of channels
If the account was banned from, let's say, 5-10 other channels, it will not be allowed to chat in yours.
In order to limit the accounts just trying to get ban the fastest.
Yes, they can create new accounts, but it will limit the number of trolls and hate speech in chat.
