create a 'report' function for whispers.
Whispers only has 'report harrassment' or 'report spam'. This does not cover other things that could happen like threats. Give us the ability to make a report like there is elsewhere.

Respectfully request that this functions similarly to the ability to report on a user's channel, with a popup or opening the report box in a new window to facilitate reporting from whispers.
