Setting to make channel points earned for chatting in the chat box instead or in conjunction with watching. I get a lot of times where viewers lurk and don't chat, yet they earn enough points and want to use the points but they never actually watched my stream till they earn points. I would rather have people who actively watch and chat earn the points instead!

Clarify what a streamer can and can't offer as rewards. The Twitch point ToS says "Points cannot otherwise be exchanged for items that have value outside of the website" but i have seen several screenshots of Twitch personnel giving the "OK" for streamers to offer their merch as a reward. If merch Items are allowed it should say it in the ToS.

Reset Channel Points manually or automatically (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) I'd like to have the ability to reset everyone's channel points on my channel manually or automatically (daily, weekly, monthly) like the bits and sub gift leaderboard.
Also i'd like to see more options. Being able to activate emote only chat automatically for a given amount of time after using channel points etc.

Heya! Wanted to let you know I've moved this suggestion to our new Channel Point Rewards category.
Have a great day!

Add a “Best Watch Streak” / streak history to viewer profiles When a watch streak ends, Twitch currently resets the displayed streak to 0, which makes the previous achievement disappear completely.
It would be great to keep:
Current streak
Personal best streak
MaybeFor example: Current streak: 0 — Best streak: 98
Or somewhere on your profile...This would keep streaks meaningful without making missing one stream feel like all previous progress was erased/all gone in limbo.

Watch streak not showing recovery option/streak tracking issue I experienced an issue with the Twitch Watch Streak feature.
I had an active streak of 198 days. On May 28, I missed a stream but tried to recover my streak within the 24-hour recovery window. However, I was never shown any option to restore the streak (no VOD, clip, or chat/profile recovery prompt). Instead, the system still showed my streak as active, as if I had not missed any stream.
Because of this, I had no indication that my streak needed to be recovered, and no opportunity to complete the recovery steps within the required time.

Stream Streak Reset even though didn't miss stream I had a streak of over 225 (possibly 250+) on a channel. The next time the streamer went live, my streak was reset back to 0. I verified that the streamer had not gone live since the last time so I had not missed one at all. The only thing that had changed was me updating the payment for my sub.
This needs to be addressed since i do see other people complaining about it.
Thank you

Allow Disabling Watch Streaks as Viewer The idea of Watch Streaks is good, until a bug or some other event happens. 3 digit stream streaks can be lost forever. At that point, the notification becomes a frustrating, annoying reminder and, for me, it would be more pleasant to disable the Watch Streak feature entirely. I don't care about the channel points. I just want the ability to remove the feature from either a specific stream or even all streams from my (viewer) side. I do not want to ask the streamer to disable the notifications, I just don't want to participate any more.

Title: Watch Streak not counted despite meeting all conditions (active viewing + chat participation) I experienced an issue where my Watch Title: Watch Streak not counted despite meeting all conditions (active viewing + chat participation)
I experienced an issue where my Watch Streak was not counted correctly, even though I fully met all the requirements.
On April 2 (JST), I watched a stream starting at 9:30 PM. I watched for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from start to finish on a single device.
During the stream, I actively participated in chat and did not switch devices at any point. I was not using any VPN, ad-blocker, or extensions that could interfere with tracking.
Despite this, my streak did not progress…

Prediction Results Message Will Loop Bug Prediction results will loop infinitely when "Dismiss this message" is clicked. Happened during Shared Chat. When timer on message outs out it will loop again.

Revamp Twitch layout The current Twitch layout is old, outdated, and full of unnecessary things (buy bits via the icon under a Live stream...buy bits via Chat...they're the same thing???)
...it's about time for a makeover/overhaul, don'tcha think?

Chat Messages Not Disappearing Broke by fixing too much, my guess. Chat messages like Community Poll results now no longer disappear and in fact stack on each other so that the only way to remove them is to manually dismiss each and every one. So if I lurk and look away and several happen, there are numerous messages that I have to clear, where just weeks ago they went away on their own shortly.
Edit: Now I note that some messages won't even dismiss when I hit the button for it

Prediction banner There is a bug with the banner of predictions not going away when clicking "dismiss this message" and instead plays a new prediction started banner. I've also noticed they have been stacking up and only after the timer goes away I'm able to remove them.

Broken alerts When a prediction ends, the banner announcing this will not dismiss. Does not matter if you click to see details, click dismiss, reload page, even when the timer ticks all the way down, you cannot dismiss the announcement! Clogging up the alerts to the point that you can't tell what is what just makes you want to close chat and not play along at all.

Adding Channel Points for YouTube Converts To encourage live-viewer conversion from YouTube, streamers and mods should be allowed to grant channel points to viewers who are willing to switch over to Twitch for live streams. This gives viewers a concrete reward for choosing to participate live rather than watching later.
This benefits Twitch by increasing live viewership overall. People who prefer VODs will still watch on YouTube regardless, but viewers who are open to watching live often just need a small push. Offering channel points creates that push and gives them a reason to engage live and continue participating through loyalty systems like MixItUp or StreamElements.

Oversight with how Lead mods can/canntot moderate normal mods The lead mod has the ability to unmod normal mods, but seemingly can't outright moderate them (such as deleting messages, timing out, etc.) without first needing to take the step of unmodding them. Timing them out automatically removes mod (which is a topic of contention on its own), but it'd be very nice if the lead mod can moderate moderators in chat just like the owner can (as the leadmod has the ability to unmod anyway - but it's an unnecessary and clunky thing to have to do, especially if you just want/need to delete a message). I see this…

Make the input field for a redemption optional Currently you can toggle the input field to require input from the redeemer. However, I'd like the option for the input to be optional.
For example, I have a Lurk redemption. People sometimes use that redemption, but if they want to explain their lurk or simply want to send a nice message along with it, they will still have to type in chat. This may indicate that they're not fully lurking, and that they'd like a response. Having an optional field however would indicate that they're in full lurk mode and are not participating in chat. At the same time,…
