Previous Creator Badge Events should have a redo option. I love the new feature for creating channel-exclusive badges for special event streams, it's really good for rewarding viewers for watching and or subbing during it.
The only issue I have with it is that I can't redo the same event with the same rewards. For example, I have a specific stream series, and I want to reward viewers for watching and subbing during that series of streams, but I can't redo the event to give viewers another chance at the badges. If I remade the event as another event, it will just duplicate the badges.

Mod only emotes Custom emotes only useable by a channels moderators. A set of emotes available to a channels moderators (subbed or un-subbed, always available to that channels mods) for moderation purposes, chat interaction, conveying a specific message to the streamer etc. Making them customizable and specific to mods gives both the option of adding something fun & unique for the mods as appreciation for being there, and also immediately identifiable to the streamer if a particular message is being conveyed (especially discretely). Partner Badge should be a Global Badge The Partner Badge is not a Global Badge right now.

Channel Badges Tier 2, Tier 3 and Subgifts Hello,
I would love to give my subscribers on tier 2 and 3 a different Badge then tier 1. I dont like the current solution that much. It doesnt feel like a way to appreciate their gift as much, as a special Badge would do. The same with the Subgift-Badges. Why isnt it possible to change them as you like? I mean the gift-badge is nice, but i would love give them something more special. Can you please make that possible? I want to give them something special, so everyone can see, that they are so supportive to me.

Add an "18_plus" attribute to emotes Twitch spends a lot of time and resources monitoring/removing emotes. Whether it's responding to reports on "inappropriate" emotes that "violate Twitch guidelines" or declining emotes uploaded by creators, Twitch could reduce the amount of emote management it has to do in perpetuity by creating an 18_plus attribute that could be applied to all emotes. This will give creators the freedom to upload emotes without the fear of violating guidelines that are designed to protect minors from cyber bullying, being exposed to sensitive and/or sexual content.

Turbo Emotes I think that that since we already have follower emotes (albeit non animated) and tiered subscription emotes, we should have a smaller selection of emotes for turbo users that are in channel. Maybe 3 normal and 2 animated? I really think since we're being paid for them to be in the channel, that they should have some benefits for being turbo so they don't feel forced to subscribe after already paying for no ads and us gaining from that.

The ability to remove bit awarded emotes from your emote picker. The option for a viewer to remove a unlocked bit emote from their respected emote picker library.
People can fall out, and sometimes the falling out can leave less then savoury memories and if that person is a streamer you supported with bits, then you have unlocked their emotes, it would be nice to either hide or remove those emtoes from your emote picker and not the streamer's emote library.
One day you may rekindle the friendship, but not always and emotes can make you remember the bad times with afore mentioned streamer.

Partner Badge Unique Status As a twitch partner with almost 10 years of experience, I have long matured the proposal to make the partner badge unique, like a moderator badge, for example, so that I can have an event, moderator and partner badge at the same time.

Reward Hype emotes to Anonymous supporters Currently, if someone anonymously supports a streamer during a Hype Train, they won't be rewarded any of the emotes. It's almost as if Twitch doesn't recognize their donation. I understand that's the purpose of anonymously supporting a streamer; however, since Twitch knows we cheered/gifted, why is it that the donator isn't rewarded the emote?
The one thing that comes to my mind is how Hype Trains lists the top supporters. Although, they could also list them as Anonymous there.

Increase the tiers for Gift Sub Badges Increase the gift sub badges or allow streamers the option to add new gift sub badges passed a certain amount. Right now, the highest badge you can earn is 5k, so if a user gifts over 6k, 7k, 8k, etc. it only shows the 5k badge.

Customize Default Badges!!! WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO FURTHER CUSTOMIZE OUR BADGES!
Similar to how we can upload our own emotes, I think we should be able to customize current or create new badges for viewers. Specifically, I believe these specific current roles could use this feature:
Moderator. I'd like to change the sword to something that reflects my channel! I'm sure others do too.
There should be a customizable bit badge option for the leaders on the bit donation leaderboard! 1rst through 3rd place should be awarded with its own badge until the board is refreshed or someone steals their spot.

Aprovação de Emotes Could you review the approval ratings for animated emotes, I've already tried to put 5 different emotes, just characters dancing, and they were rejected because they were alleged to have sexual content and they don't, there's nothing sexual. It's frustrating, several animated emotes rejected for claiming to have something that has nothing to do with it. Could you please review these approvals?

Raider's emotes on top Viewers who are part of a raid will often use emotes from the raider's stream, but depending on the order of the emotes in the picker it can take a bit of scrolling to get to those emotes.
When a streamer raids another stream, the raider's emotes should show towards the top of the emote picker temporarily for a few minutes. It could be above or below the raided stream's emotes.

Follower emotes should be changeable for former affiliates, or removable. I'm a former affiliate. I still have follower emotes on my channel which I would like to remove or swap out. I am rebranding and the old ones no longer fit the vibe. Can follower emotes just be implemented for non affiliates since its clear that they are able to remain for former affiliates? Can there at least be a way to remove old ones?

Make the Pride Emotes (Limited Time Event) Global Emotes instead A while ago, there was a Pride Event which allowed viewers to collect Limited Time Emotes for Pride. Since the general idea revolved around being more inclusive, I find it odd that the emotes associated with it are exclusive to those who were present for the event.
Please change the Pride Emotes into Global Emotes so everyone who wants to can use them. <3

Allow us to have VIP only emotes. I think it could be cool, if there were some emotes that could only be used by vips. It would bring more reward to being recognised as a VIP in a channel.

About the implementation of editing the Founders badges So, Twitch implemented the function to edit the people that have Founders Badges, but promptly removed it within 24hours due to a really bad oversight. I am putting this back up so that Twitch DOES NOT simply forget about this feature in its current poorly half-implemented state.
TLDR: Simply remove the fact that notifications are given to the viewers (no emails, no twitch notifications, NOTHING). Let the streamers do this on their dashboard discretely, or at least give US the option to send the notification.
Also in addition, since it has been proven that the records are there, why not…

Hype train emotes We need new set of Hype Train emotes more often than now. Current ones have been up 7 months already. Also the harder to get Bonus Emotes should be animated type. Like others suggested before, if refresh is this slow an option to backfill from earlier sets should be added.
