Improve Team visibility and reverse recent design change
Twitch recently changed the way Teams are displayed on a streamer's channel page.
Prior to the change, the name and link of the main Team was displayed next to the Game below the Video Player. The change moved this lower to the "About" box and changed the appearance, which makes the Team less obvious and appear non-clickable.
I propose to re-add the Team name and link next to the Game name, in addition to the reference in the "About" box.
Teams are a great way for streamers to collaborate. As of now, Teams need lots of love, as they have been neglected for years.
I'm sure the comments will provide further input on this.

Hey all! Wanted to let you know that we recently updated the Teams color so that it looks more interactive and noticeable. We decided to add it to the About panel, because it is more about the streamer - where it was before was more about that particular stream.

Teams are a vital part of the Twitch experience for so many of us. Please revert back to the old format!

They also disabled the ability to autohost teams you're in, which has effectively rendered many inactive teams as nothing more than a paperweight, when the only real benefit to most teams is literally just to have a bunch of extra autohosts.

I thought Teams stopped being a thing, so this really does need to change.

Yes please! I thought it was a bug until i barely saw it where they put it. Such a useless and stupid change...

Yes i agree that we should re-add Teams next to the game. It helps to support the community we are interested in.

Teams have been the best way for me as a streamer to gain an audience. I want them to put it back and prioritise adding more features to teams in the future.

Please Just Put It Back. Thank You.

This makes it an extreme inconvenience for new folks like me browsing to meet new people. I can only imagine for the content creators. Please reverse this back to what it was originally.

Teams are a great way for viewers to find other streamers they might like, by moving the Teams information down to About - you're making it harder for viewers to find other streamers. Make it an option on where streamers would like their team information displayed.

Teams are a way to display that your apart of a community you enjoy.
Some communities might solve this with having there members display a graphic asset somewhere on there stream, some people might like this change and that is fine.
But what about the people that like the way it was?
Making the Team almost invisible and look like its unclickable is just a slap in the face.
DON'T make it manditory, make it an option where you want to display the team your in, and let the streamer have a say in this change. -

Agreed, teams are invisible with this change.

My initial experience with this change was first that it seemed like teams were removed completely, and then that there was no longer a team link. I imagine a lot of people will think that teams are just gone completely or that streamers have left teams they were on.
I think teams can be very powerful and positive if used and organized in the right way, and I was really hoping for more attention and love from Twitch at some point. Twitch Teams absolutely need more visibility, and this change only reduces that.

Yes! Please move it back! If it isn't broken, don't "fix" it, Twitch. Please roll back this change and focus on the actual issues on the platform.

Totally Agree. Move it back :)

As if it wasn't hard enough to find teams before. Good luck finding them now. Twitch needs to stop making changes no one asked for and listen to their viewers.

Another recent change from Twitch that no-one asked for. Sort of like the change to the /me command that NO ONE asked to happen.. but some secret voice told them we wanted.
Can Twitch please stop making discover-ability WORSE than it already is? They promised 3 years ago that they would do things to vastly improve discoverability on the platform, but every move they make simply makes it worse. -

For me its another killer for Vr they keep hiding us. first the removal of the VR Categories then when we finally make a team so people can find VR streamers its Hidden. Come on Twitch you can do better than this

I don't get why moving teams to somewhere less visible was needed.
Team's need some team perks!
Team animated emotes.
Team panel that shows live member'snot removing the team to someplace that no one ever looks at.
the whole site needs a reworking as no one ever looks at any of it!Very disgruntled partner here!

This is detrimental to a Twitch Team's discoverability and a shockingly unnecessary design change. Quite upsetting that this was done with no warning and no announcement too.
