toggle facecam A Great idea would in my opinion would be to have the viewer be able to toggle off and on the steamers face cam. Sometimes the face cam blocks information on the screen that viewers would like to see. Giving the viewer the ability to toggle on and off the streamers face cam on the screen (similar to live chat) it would make the viewers experience a lot more enjoyable. Or being able to adjust the opacity to see through and see what's "hiding" behind the streamers face cam.

Add subtitles by default for the deaf community I'm deaf and i'm very blazed to always be like "i hope this streamer added the subtitle addon for his twitch stream"
I always asked to streamer i like to watch "Hey i'm deaf and i would really enjoy understanding what you say in your stream so may be you can think about adding the addon that add auto-subtitle to the stream like in youtube"
I got answered only 1 time, every other stream i watch ignore me, sometime i ask something and say "i'm deaf i cant ear the stream someone can write the answer please" i got answer…

Don't force location Language on users It's been common practice in most websites to assign language according to location, I understand the reason behind this, but what I suggest is a feature or configuration for those that change their language (i.e. Mexico has Spanish but changing to English) to keep it that way

Provide a way to opt out of experimental features Some people don't want to be part of experimental features. Please let us opt out. It should be opt in. Twitch tells us "we want to test this new feature" instead of letting the users opt in and give feedback. If so many users opt in and give positive feedback then perhaps you can roll out the changes to a test user group. Otherwise you are just forcing us to leave feedback on uservoice, which you do not read or acknowledge the vast majority of the time. Change back phone and PC UI. Fire the people who are responsible for new PC browser/ phone app interface and revert the changes back to the previous version(s). You don't need to constantly change the layout of the website/app. Look at YouTube. Nobody likes them constantly changing the look of the website. You would end up wasting less money as a company too.

Being able to block the channel instead of the user Being able to block the channel with the 3 dots below the video feed instead of having to go into the chat user list and select the block user from the 3 dots there AFTER selecting their portrait. It took me awhile to figure out I needed to do this. Also I wouldn't mind still being able to see the streamers text in other channels I just don't want to be watching their streams or have them show up in recommended channels. Thank you for reading.

Disable animated channel avatars The inclusion of animated channel avatars is honestly excessively stimulating and makes it very difficult to navigate the page. Right now, I have to go digging through genres I never knew existed just to tell Twitch not to recommend to me a channel because it's using a frantically animated avatar that makes it difficult to check my favorites panel.
I would appreciate it if there was an option to either (A) disable animated channel avatars, or (B) disable suggested channels. Either of these ND-friendly options would allow me to use the favorites panel again.

Changing speed of videos Please add a feature to change the speed of the stream/video. I have trouble understanding people when they talk too fast and being able to slow it down is so helpful.

Hasta ahora la web: https://webcaptioner.com/ Era una gran ayuda para poner subtítulos en vivo en los canales, pero por desgracia la van a cerrar, dispone de muchos idiomas, puedes poner y modificar los subtítulos según se acople mejor a tu directo. Es bastante fiel a lo que traduce, incluso si alguna palabra la escribe mal, tiene la opción de poder corregirla y varias cosas más.

add an option for viewers to disable emore rain the emote rain thats triggered by certain events (like on raids, follows, subs, etc.) containing some twitch emotes and channel emotes in all colors and sizes, overlaying the chat, follow list and everything else around the stream player, can be visually so much overwhelming that i have to look away to not get a seizure or something
therefore i'd like to suggest an option to disable that emote rain
alternatively at least limit the raining emotes to the area of the stream player, so that the surrounding elements are not overlaid and provide a visually stable (non-flickering) framing

Undo the TikTok UI on mobile. Can we undo this terrible TikTok style UI on mobile, I can’t find anything and I don’t want to immediately be put into a stream when I open the app. It’s annoying and searchability is terrible. The UI that was there from early 2024 and before was better

Theater Mode shortcut change Change the key biding for theater mode from ALT+T to just T which is currently unused by any feature on basic twitch and keeps it in line with other shortcuts like F for Fullscreen or M for Mute. The reason is Firefox uses ALT+T to open the Tools tab in the files menu, the file menu tab is opened by pressing ALT while Firefox is the main window. To override this setting it requires manually disabling it by editing the configuration of Firefox or getting an unregulated extension from outside of twitch to edit it automatically.

Can't use new mobile app You've made twitch completely unusable with this new interface. I can't find anything I want to watch, I can;t find the people I am subscribed to and it keeps opening random streams.
How is anyone with cognitive issues supposed to navigate this hellscape of an interface now?

Low to High Search I was in the Just Chatting section and I can't search from Low to High Viewership. The Recomended filter, begins giving channels based on High to Low after scrolling for a long time. It takes a long time to reach Casters with 50 MINUS viewership. Bad for many reasons. If I have to explain why, I should be doing your job.

Remove the ability to unfollow as a toggle or fix followage I’ve accidentally unfollowed or unfollowed some streamers because my mental *** thought I’d never go back to the channel that I love a lot causing my long followage to be gone when in reality my emotions are just dumb and it has made someone like me go in a depressed state whenever I see it or get reminded of it

Where are my saved categories? I cant find the button to access my categories i have favorited. Where is it now? I need it to follow the games otherwise the website does not make much sense. The generic categories that are spammed on the new site are not helpful
