Show Drop Down of Notification Settings when Following. A current problem with Twitch is that notifications default to "Personalized". Making it difficult for Variety Streamers to keep an audience as new followers do not get notified of every stream if you change games as that is not what the new follower has watched recently. Thus not personalized to them. Makes the viewers confused as to why they are not getting notifications. sort/filter dropdown on any Twitch Browse page The sort/filter dropdown on the Browse page (where you can sort by "Recommended" or "High to Low Viewers").
I would like Twitch to reconsider its default setting to : High to Low Viewers
Sorting by "Recommended" vs. "High to Low Viewers" can significantly affect what content gets discovered, and changing the default could have a big impact on the browsing experience.
As well as tremendously help out new streamers.

Allow certain VoIP phone numbers for account security Currently, the Twitch platform advises that I provide a phone number to increase the security of my account, but the platform doesn't support VoIP numbers. The only phone number I have access to is a VoIP number. While not all VoIP services support receiving SMS verification/authorization messages, the one I use does. Twitch Drop With so many new Drops being added, there should be an option to mark games as Favorites. This would make it much easier to separate the games we actively play from the rest.
The Favorites section should always appear at the top of the list, while all other games are displayed below it.
Even if a favorite game does not currently have any active Drops, it should still remain in the Favorites section. Once a game has been marked as a favorite, it should always stay there unless the user manually removes it from their Favorites.

Currently, Text-to-Speech (TTS), alerts, and background music are baked into one single audio track. This can be annoying or overwhelming for some viewers, while others rely on TTS for accessibility.
Giving viewers the option to mute specific audio lanes (like a dedicated TTS lane) in the player settings would drastically improve the viewing experience and customization for everyone without forcing streamers to use complex third-party extension workarounds.

Stop censoring the closed caption It's very important that captions are not censored. I am hard of hearing but some users are completely deaf or have more difficulty hearing than I do.
The purpose of captions is to show, verbatim, what is being said by somebody. If I can hear somebody curse in the stream I should be able to read that in the captions. Full stop.
This is a part of a disturbing trend of closed captions automatically censoring words. This is infantilizing hard of hearing people and is antithetical to the purpose of Closed Captions, which is to make things accessible for those…

Please please please let us turn off keyboard shortcuts. Please. For the love of Kittens. As title. Please allow people who never use them to toggle them off. If you end a chat message with an emote and then start typing again without re-clicking the chat box it loses focus and if anything you're typing uses a shortcut key it's activated. Drives me potty.

the stream running time, found in-between viewer count and share The broadcast running time found under the video player needs to adjust depending on the content.
Normal everyday people streaming on twitch, the timer should count up.
Games showcase and news from the established ips the timer should countdown, because we know the duration of the video.
For esports and others like, the timer should be invisible.
