1. Highlight feature needs updates/changes ASAP

   I think we just need a whole new revamp of the HIGHLIGHT feature & tools. It all needs to be modernized in my opinion, everything about it just seems so pre-2010-ish (Meanwhile the clip editing feature, on the other hand, already felt more modern than the highlight feature & now it's even smoother with the update; although that could use a few tweaks as well)

   I use the highlight feature a lot because I like to highlight all the good moments of my 2-3hr stream in one 5-25min video (sometimes two if I do longer streams). When I select all the segments that I want to highlight, the playback looks decent while watching via "Preview all segments" button. After processing is complete, the published version of the video doesn't play the same as the preview since it'll start skipping parts in the general vicinity of the parts I selected. Very frustrating when I spend 1-2+hrs highlighting the segments of the stream I want, only for it to not even work (even though it appeared as if it did). I 100% am wasting my time with that & won't be using it for that until fixed. I would like to see changes made because the highlights I make could be so good & convenient to me if it worked properly.

   Side note, if feature is completely revamped, I'd like to note what I love/hate about the current version:

   Love:
   -The zoom feature for the entire timeline (would like to see more range options such as 5 or 10min, etc.)
   -being able to watch playback between 0.25x speed & 2x (would love to be able to sometimes watch in 3x or 5x, etc.)
   -the ease of use w/keyboard shortcuts (definitely use these a lot, especially for playback speed, pause/play/forward/back, and timeline zoom)
   -seeing where on the timeline something was previously clipped or stream marker was dropped (although sometimes the placement isn't exactly precise)
   -'Preview all segments' button (definitely love this button the most, use this a lot to see how all segments mesh together & see what adjustments I need to make. Just need it to work properly when highlight is published.; 'Preview selected segment' is a very useful button also; would like to see an additional option like 'preview all segments from current segment' or something like that so I don't have to watch from the beginning every time or skip to that part)
   -'Undo' & 'Redo' buttons (very useful for obvious reasons)

   Hate:
   -That segments can only begin/end every full second rather than any millisecond (sometimes I like to begin/end a segment based on sound or the visual so it goes smoothly w/the next/last but have to wait for the next full second. That usually adds/cuts parts of the video I didn't intend to add/cut out. I have tried dragging the segment bar to counter that but haven't seen any difference in the published version. Would like to see the highlight timeline look & act the way the new clip timeline feature does, or better. Clipping is definitely smoother now, highlights gotta catch up.)
   -That I have to separate segments from each other by 6+ seconds or else the post-processed video will bug out & freeze / not play properly until I press play again
   -Not knowing how many segments/splits I can make (there was a time or two I did make more than I probably should have & it never finished processing to this day. I spent a ton of time on that so definitely lost time & that whole stream/highlight in general. That one hurt since I finally got my chance to play with someone famous & wanted to keep it as a highlight but lost it all & pretty sure it was because I made too many cuts. Very unfortunate)
   -When I play a game that shows the 'Intended for certain audiences' banner (this isn't a big issue but gets in the way visually when trying to create highlight; am able to get rid of it though by dragging last segment to the very end & pressing 'undo')

   Have not used at all or much at all:
   -Adding New Highlight (using multiple highlights; usually do them separately)

   Would be cool to see:
   -Autosave feature or ability to save edit progress manually so I can exit & not have to wait until I have time to do it all at once. Also in case something goes wrong (connection issues, crashing, etc. Whatever it may be)
   -Ability to highlight pieces of different broadcasts/VODs (this would be nice to create true 'highlights' of what a streamer provides. Could also make a good channel trailer from that, possibly.)
   -Notification alerts for followers when highlights are published. Or even a home page tab for created highlights like there is for clips
   -Likes & comments on published highlights from followers & even non-followers. Could help add further discoverability.
   -Additional 'Preview all segments from current segment' button
   -Ability to speed up / slow down segments from 0.25x on up to like 10x if possible

   I understand that this all may not be a large of percentage of people that use Highlights like I like to but would love to some, if not all, changes made. I love Twitch & this would definitely improve my experience with it. I appreciate it all in advance!

2. VODs "desaparecidos"

   Vídeos *** demanda (VODs) - por algum motivo, não estou vendo meus VODs no meu painel. Desinstalei e reinstalei o Twitch para ver se esse era o problema e não é. Consultei a página de "solução de problemas" e isso também não ajudou. E entrei em contato com o suporte há dois dias, sem respostas. Se alguém puder fornecer alguma informação, sou novato e estou tendo esse problema, realmente não foi uma ótima primeira impressão, especialmente porque não há suporte aqui, nenhuma guia de ajuda útil e estou basicamente contando com sua comunidade para obter respostas... é ótimo ver que isso foi ignorado por um ano agora wtf... vocês só são gananciosos e estão NEM SE IMPORTANDO com os usuários da Twitch, muita incompetencia e falta de compromisso e responsabilidade de vocês.

4. El contador de la media de espectadores esta bugeado

   mi media de espectadores es de 5 o 4 y el contador solo me cuenta 1 o 2 personas e tenido en mi chat a 9 personas y no me los a contado los e tenido desde que comienzo asta que termino el directo y no los cuenta igual cuando me hacen una raid no me cuenta a esas personas (POR FABOR ARREGELN ESE ERROR SOLO ME FALTA LA MEDIA DE ESPECTADORES PARA TENER EL AFILIADO)

5. you guys keep telling me i have copy righted stuff in my streams yet i dont. even the last few have had zero music.

8. Clothing Store Simulator game Category

   It is not possible to categorize the live with the correct Clothing Store Simulator (2024 game), there is another game with the same name and when we try to select the one we want, the other one is always selected.

9. CANT SEE NEW VIDEOS FOR FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS

   Before update we could see new videos notification posted for following accounts after a LIVE. For example, usernamexyz has 2 new videos was shown under their user. Now there is no notification for accounts I follow if I miss a LIVE. Please bring this feature back!

11. Follower Counter bugged

    You can see in my profile that I have 53 followers, but I don't know why in the creator dashboard it says I only have 48. This really angers me, because in the follower list I counted all 53 followers, and showing 5 less really makes me angry. Now I can't become an affiliate. Thanks, Twitch!

    The content or streaming from the Game Bloodborne Old Hunter Edition was put in the Games and Demo category, and it's wrong. Bloodborne DLC should have its own category, just like other games.

14. Stream has consistently been dropping frames lately

    I have no idea why but since earlier this year, Twitch has consistently dropped frames from my stream ranging from as little as 18% to as much as 65%. Before this, Twitch never dropped more than 10% of my stream's frames. What has happened? Nothing has changed about my hardware or software and my internet is a strong bandwidth with a wired connection.

15. Clipping sometimes fails when it reaches 100% "Publishing Clip!"

    As the title says it gets stuck at 100% and doesn't show on Clips I've Created panel. Windows 11 latest stable updates - latest stable MS Edge Browser - 7tv extension.

18. Alert Box Not Working!

    Hi,

    My twitch alert box wont send messages/alert to alert box/browser source! Im at a loss - I have copied and made new alert box and ofc copied the new browser source link and used that.

    I have tried in other stream software, main is OBS studio, tried xsplit too.

    twitch support is saying the problem is in OBS' end, after escalating.

    have anyone else experienced this?

19. View Counter Innacurate it doesn't help creators

    It is really a problem that boycott streamers. I hade 65+ viewers but the counter counted 44. Please fix this feature and improve it. It's such a problem and nuisance for content creators.

20. Editors not having a button to get to a channels Ads Manager

    People with the Editor role currently do not have a way to get to the Streamers Ads Manager page without simply knowing the link.

    There is the Ads manager panel in the Stream Manager but that isn't the Ads Manager itself, more a fancy design for buttons already present in the Stream Manager page anyways.

    There needs to be a button in the side bar of the Creator Dashboard allowing Editors to go to the Streamers actual Ads Manager at: https://dashboard.twitch.tv/u/USERNAME/monetization/ads

    Editors having access to the Streamers Ads Manager is an advirtised feature of the Editor role. Example: Under the FAQ section "Can editors access Ads Manager? Yes." https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/ads-manager

    Oddly, This ability isn't mentioned on Manage Roles page. Since this seems to be the only place where roles are partly explained, it should either be mentioned here, each role gets their own article, or all roles get a dedicated explanation article including everything a given role can do: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/Managing-Roles-for-your-Channel
