Dashboard Chatbox not working or showing messages. I have problems with my dashboard stream chat.
The chat windows in the streamer Dashboard is not showing any messages, until i watch my OBS chatbox widget it shows alot of messages from my viewers, why is this so? | All new viewers and even sometimes my own chatbot don't come trough at all. now i must go to my modview to monitor chat. | All messages shows in all other chats but not on the dashboard site2 votes -
Please update (delete?) Forza Motorsport Forza Motorsport 1 was released in 2005 under the title, Forza Motorsport. Forza Motorsport 8 was released in 2023 under the title, Forza Motorsport. The system keeps mistaking my streams and saving them under the wrong category. I do update streams as i go, but it seems i might be getting overridden. i dont think anyone plays fm1 anymore but a better differentiator (for the automated system) may be needed.

Highlight Creation is Bugged The highlight creator itself works fine, but once I click Publish Highlights, only a fraction of the highlights are actually created, others end up as "Processing error" after being in "Processing Highlight…" for 15-30 minutes, and I have to redo them, at which point some of them will fail again. This has only started recently, but is still going on.

ダイジェスト 以前投稿しましたが、フィードバックが反映されていないようでしたので、もう一度送ります。
一週間ほど前から、過去の配信のダイジェストを作成すると、１時間ほど処理状態が続いたのち、処理エラーが発生してダイジェストが作成できない状態が続いてます。
再ログインや他のツールソフトに原因が無いか色々試しましたが、改善されません。早急に対策および改善をお願いいたします。
また、今回のように予期せぬエラーでダイジェストを作成することができないまま、過去の配信データが消滅してしまった場合の措置（動画としてダウンロードしたものをアップデートできるようにする、など）についての検討もお願いします。2 votes -
Channel Settings is Broken The Brands and other pages are broken, some keyboard event listener has hijacked inputs and keeps focusing the stuff to the (useless) search bar.

Wanted to try to contact support directly but the forms kept directing me here.
And at this point I cannot modify my brand page or kind of anything else on the admin side that updates my Channel.
Also, I'm on the latest version of Chrome, and have tried the whole clear-cache BS -- of course that didn't fix it. (why does Level1 support even suggest that anymore?)

Language won't change Language doesn't change. I am using chrome and language is Russian, trying to change it English but nothing happens. I have cleared the cache.

Impossible to add stream on specific day using Safari on iPad Calendar doesn’t pop up when I try to choose date of planned stream.
It worked about year ago, but broken few months already.

deleted comments in chat. Why did you take away deleting comments in the chat. It is really important to streaming and policing your own stream. I just don't understand why its gone.

Unable to delete messages As the owner/broadcaster of the channel, I have no ability to delete messages in my own chat. I have enabled Show Mod Icons and Show Moderation Actions, but all I get when hovering over a message is the Pin icon. I see no icons on the left side of the username. Attempting to do this on a Windows computer in Google Chrome and can't seem to figure it out. Also don't even see anything on the mobile app that would allow me to delete messages either. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated! :)

Unable to render clip When creating new clips, for the last 3 days (since Friday at some point), I have been unable to create new clips. I get an error, "Unable to Render Clip." It also says there is an internal site error and to try again in a few minutes.
Help, please!

Fix your clip system pls Every second or third clip can't be rendered. The message sounds smth like:
Clip kann nicht gerendert werden
Aufgrund eines internen Website-Fehlers können wir deinen Clip nicht rendern. Bitte versuche es in einigen Minuten erneut.
Guess what. If you wait a minute or hours or days or weeks it does not help! Your clip can't be rendered anymore forever!
For me its since reworking the desing to make things ''easy''. Since the Update there are many issues arround the clip tools on Twitch.
Bevor update you can easy put like 10 clips in your browser as a new Tab. Now…2 votes -
