1. Set split point for "Crop to Portrait" feature for clips

   The "Crop to Portrait" feature for clips when using the "split" mode splits to something like a 16:9 and a ~2:3 for your two view boxes, putting the split point with the username about 2/3 up on the screen.

   For creators where these box sizes aren't optimal, we should be able to slide where the split/username is and get different shapes for the top/bottom boxes.

   For example, I play a lot of 4:3 games, and my camera is relatively square, so planting the username split right in the middle and having two squares to work with would make my crops look much much better.

7. Let me organize the channels I follow into custom categories

   I follow a bunch of channels for different reasons. Some are part of my stream team. Some are part of my other stream team. Some are co-working channels I frequent during the day. Some are gaming channels I frequent in the evenings. I would LOVE the ability to create custom categories for the channels I follow so that my channels list on the left side of Twitch can be a series of collapsible groups that I can organize how I need to see them.

9. Sponsorship portal - make TOS public, license content back to creators, end agreement

   Please add the "Sponsorship Portal Terms of Service" to the Twitch Legal page so that it is publicly and readily accessible. Currently you can only get to it through the Monetization area of the dashboard. https://legal.twitch.com/legal it should be here also.

   Please add the ability to Withdraw from the Sponsorship Portal Terms of Service agreement.

   Please add a general FAQ about the Sponsorship Portal to the Twitch Help website.

   Please modify the terms of the agreement in Section 7 "7. General Rules for All Campaigns" to provide creators with rights to use their content themselves. This is in everyones interest, as currently the terms prevent streamers from promoting the sponsored stream after the fact on any platforms; saving VODs or clips; or using any content such as music, art of any kind, funny chat moments, dialogue, or any component of the stream.
   The terms should be closer to StreamElements sponsorship TOS. Heres both terms Ownership clauses:

   TWITCHS TERMS
   (as of April 3 2025 Available in the Monetization section of the dashboard, then click Sponsorships, then scroll to the bottom and click Sponsorship Portal Terms of Service)
   (ix) Channel Owner’s services for the Campaign and Advertising Content created for the Campaign are a work-for-hire specially ordered and commissioned by Twitch, and Twitch owns and controls all right, title, and interest in and to the results and proceeds of such Services and Advertising Content in all media, throughout the world, in perpetuity. The Campaign Fee paid to Channel Owner is the complete consideration due to Channel Owner arising from a Campaign for the applicable services and resulting work for hire. Channel Owner hereby waives any moral rights and waives all claims in connection with their participation in any Campaign, and holds Twitch harmless, for any residuals, reuse, public performance, union, guild, equitable remuneration, or other fees arising from Channel Owner’s services for the Campaign and Advertising Content pursuant to these Portal Terms and/or any Campaign Offer.

10. Add an export and download all option

    I have 6370 hours of content that I need to either export or download before 4/19 and I'm having a hard time doing that because of my busy schedule. Although I appreciate being able to finally see 100 of my vods at once, I can't export or download all of them at once, which is making this process much harder than it needs to be. Please consider adding an option to export or download all, so that folks similar to me won't have to do each export individually. I could potentially abide by the storage limit in time if this change, or something even better were made.

    Also, deleting only 20 at a time is an annoyance as well given the added buff of 100 per page.

12. Please improve the new video producer UX/UI

    The UX/UI for the new video producer page is not great. For starters, the rows are very hard to manage on large screens. The video title will be on the left, and the options drop down will be all the way on the right. On large screens, this requires your eyes to travel a large distance to be able to see either the title or the options drop down.

    To make matters worse on this page, the delete button when selecting multiple vods is now bunched together with publish and unpublish, and the delete button itself is also the same exact color as the other two when it should be red to indicate that it is a dangerous procedure. I deleted a weeks worth of vods by mistake because I clicked in the same place out of habit and auto confirmed the box that pops up because publish and unpublish give the same warning box.

    Please move the delete button away from publish and unpublish so it's not bunched together with non dangerous procedures, and please make the button red so that a user is able to tell at a glance that it is a delete button.

14. Add clip button to highlights screen

    Markers are used to tag a specific time in the stream, probably because something interesting happened. When something interesting happens, we might also want to make a clip, but maybe nobody actually did click the clip button at that time, or maybe we only want to pick the most interesting interesting moment to make a clip. In other words, a marker might be a hint to an editor "consider this spot for a clip"

    However, there is only one screen that markers even appear on, the Highlight Editor, and there is no way to create a clip on that page. Please either show markers on the VOD page when viewed by an editor, or add a clip button to the Highlight Editor so that markers can be used as reference points.

15. Export video to youtube should split into 10 or 11 hour segments and not 12

    I did a 20 hour and 13 hour stream recently, and exported them to YouTube as VODs. The 20 hour vod got split into a 12 hour and an 8 hour video, part 0/2 and 1/2 respectively. The 8 hour part was successfully uploaded but the 12 hour part wasn't, YouTube stated that the processing was cancelled as the video was too long. YouTube disallows videos that are 12 hours or longer, please make export splits shorter in length to guarantee upload success.

16. how about we stop copyright flagging videos that dont have copyrighted materials

    Im sick and tired of every other video getting hit with copyright claims when there is no copyrighted material in the video! either the A.I needs fixed (or turned off completely imo) or there is some purple haired virgin who has it out for me!

17. Include "lurkers" in stream "viewers" number

    A lot of my viewers are "lurking while working", so although they are watching my stream, they are not being included in my "viewer" numbers. This is hurting my "viewer" numbers. I have several regular viewers who are part of my community (they are not bots) who lurk regularly, there are about 7 or 8 who show up in my community when they can while they work, but my viewer numbers will only show 1-4 people when there are actually another several people lurking (they are definitely not bots) who are not getting included in my "viewer" numbers. Could Twitch please include lurkers in viewer numbers, as I think no doing so hurts my ability to get to partner and also hurts my ad revenue because I don't think their viewership is being included in my metrics. Thank you.

18. Different name for views

    There should be a different name for Views vs Viewers. Maybe make Views something else as right now its easy to mix them up and think you have been view botted when in fact the names are too similar and you just missed the lack of ‘ers’ at the end. Just an accessibility issue. Maybe just add “all time” to Views. Anything to make it easier to differentiate.

19. Remove Streamlabs Link From Action Items or Dismiss Action Items

    Remove the Streamlabs link from Action Items, I don't use Streamlabs and I can't get rid of the action items because I don't have alerts from Streamlabs. I don't think forcing streamers to use one of two options is very good.

    Or just let us dismiss the action items all together.
