Include account name in mail stream summary The current automatic stream summary doesn't by itself mention the stream name. When providing multiple streams at the same time, e.g. for a big event, it is hard to distinguish which one the summary is for. Having to create multiple mail addresses would just complicate things for the streamer. Note that other mails like progress reports on the road to affiliate do include the account.

Bots should count as viewers Every stream I do on Twitch has at least one, if multiple advertising bots and fake profiles spamming my chat.
But when I look at my view count is never updates from one viewer.
If they can spam my chat with nonsense, they should count as viewers. Why don't they? I'm not picky. I'll take whatever edge I get, and I'm fine with no bots on the platform. But if they can engage with the stream, they should do more than waste my time and chat space.2 votes -

Language for Stream Summary I have changed all languages on any page and site from all of the suggested areas in the help pages, to English.
My stream summary is STILL coming in as French. Maybe because I Canadian? But it's really annoying to have to 'translate to English' the entire email all the time.
Is there a way to just add a 'language option' in the Stream Summary section somewhere or a separate section in the account profile?

Keep Stream Title in Summary After VOD is Gone The Stream Summary page lists per-stream analytics and if available, a link to the VOD. When the VOD ages out, the title and category of that stream are lost forever. It would be valuable to know, long after a VOD has been removed, what that stream title and category actually were, in case an analytic trend can only be seen at that point. (I.e. Twitch recap should bring back top 1% and more Twitch recap 2022 was better because being top 1% streamer for nier automata was a great recognition, whereas this year everything is "top 10%" and really that means nothing because it's so wide and all of the creator top streamed categories being top 10% doesn't feel special, it felt special to be one of the top streamers of a game and that's a much greater achievement to share. The same goes for viewer where you could be a top 1% chatter whereas just being active pretty much guarantees you're a top 10% and is meaningless.

I need my numbers to match why is it that when i have people join my stream that are on consoles and other devices beside a pc or phone it doesn't mark it as someone in my stream. also looking at my stream summery on my phone it has a slight difference from my summery on the website. I need it to be more accurate.

Put emote analytics back in the overview so we can see overall performance again (you messed it up) Y'all moved the emote performance panel into the new stream summary analytics page, which is cool and all, but now we can only see how emotes were used in a single stream, which is not very actionable, especially if you don't have a massive channel with a lot of viewers. This also resulted in the removal of the "outside channel" performance.
We used to be able to see performance overall for a date range, which was MUCH more useful data. Seeing the overall popularity of an emote helped decide which was the least popular to remove for new ones. Now…

Enable insight into the stream summary for persons other than the streamer It would be a great and straightforward way for agencies and partnermanagers if the streamer can give them access to their stream summary.
In reporting, the statistics are always relevant and in demand. In order to relieve the streamers, they should be able to give access to the statistics to people they trust.
This could be done via a role similar to the editor or by specifying a separate email for sending the statistics.2 votes -
