Banned users should not appear in recommendations or suggested collaborations
A few months ago i had a pretty bad falling out with a former friend i once streamed with. Having twitch still suggest i collaborate with them despite my banning of them from my channel keeps resurfacing the pain every time it happens and makes the experience of streaming on twitch noticeably worse for me. This also feels like a relatively easy check to implement that would do a lot to improve the mental well being of several streamers who have for whatever reason found themselves in similar situations
