Connecting to Chat
I can open up my Stream Manager or Pop-Out Chat for 15 minutes, walk away and come back to 5 'Welcome to the chat room!' messages. Chat is often showing 'Connecting to chat'. Messages will often not show up until after a refresh. This is a Twitch bug. Multiple people throughout community are having the same issue. This needs to be fixed.
