Do Not Capitulate to ID Verification

You're going to deactivate accounts under 16? Yeah good luck with that. So easy to bypass and fake it. Nobody's going to provide you with real ID if they're under 16. Nobody wants to upload their ID to some third-party like K-ID, it's already been hacked in the UK leaking 200 million people's personal info, and same is going to happen for Australia.
Even if people don't upload their personal ID you can't prove they're under 16 anyway. Account Age isn't reliable information either, people make new accounts all the time, either as a new user signing up for the first time or creating a second channel. You can't ban these accounts under "assumptions" if you have no proof.
