Counter viewers isn't realistic at all
There's a huge problem with the viewers counter.
While I acknowledge what the FAQs say ( https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/understanding-viewer-count-vs-users-in-chat ) ...
...I can definitely tell that it's not real or the counters aren't working.
Quick example:
- 50chat members
- more 30 active users showing that they ARE watching
- the viewers counter says 15 or 20
This makes no sense and is completely disheartening for:
the streamer that loses the biggest prize of their big work: have a good time with their community and having Twitch acknowledging this
the viewers who are watching ads or paying a subscription to the channel or to Twitch Turbo; they don't get counted for their favourite channel
both the streamers and the viewers see their efforts completely nullified.
Please be clearer in the FAQs or implement any clearer and correct method to include the viewers in the counters.
