Show a warning when an unsupported codec is used
Today I tried to stream AV1 video to twitch. It did not work. But the way in which it broke was confusing to me.
I saw OBS disconnecting and reconnecting every 5 seconds. In the stream preview on twitch, I never saw my stream come online. And in the twitch inspector, I saw a bunch of 5-second-long streams appearing, each having "N/A" for most of its stats.
I researched problems with OBS first. But I eventually figured that twitch didn't like my AV1 streams and was killing them and OBS was restarting them in an endless loop.
it would have saved me some good time if I could see a warning in my stream health box about the stream format being invalid. Or, if this information were included in the twitch inspector, just a blurb about how/why the stream ended, that would be cool too.
