Video Clip Editor is bugged if the Highlight has video skips
When the highlight I'm making into a clip has a cut/time skip somewhere in between (e.g., the highlight jumps from timestamp 05:00 to 08:00), there is always serious video freezing and audio desync in the clip editor. These glitches are present whether or not the clip itself actually contains the time skip and it corrupts the downloaded videos both in portrait mode and landscape mode.
In the case where the video clip does not have the time skip, the downloaded video will sometimes play normally are have some video freezing. When placed in a 3rd-party video editing software (to say, add closed captions), the video and/or audio breaks.
In the case where the video clip does have the time skip, the downloaded video will always have video/audio corruptions.
It would be great to see this fixed as it does ruin the ability to streamline clip uploads and editing. The best case scenario I think would be to resolve this encoding bug AND allow streamers to generate closed captions from the clip editor (to get rid of the 3rd party video editing dependency and make it easier for the hearing impaired to engage with the content).
