Allow Highlighting VODs While They're Unpublished
I have a VOD of VRChat where I have a couple malfunctions with my setup. They don't reveal anything serious, but I'd like to cut them out. I figured I could use the Highlighter to cut it out and only publish the fun stuff, but I can't highlight it without publishing the whole VOD. Can we either be able to cut stuff out in our VODs or use the Highlighter to choose what goes into the VOD?

I second this; it's frustrating when you don't want to publish a VOD, but want to view VOD markers or highlights to save your editor's time. Maybe you have something you want to remove from the VOD without it having the chance to even go live as published!
