A Bot Role that has access to the streamers emotes as well as mod powers would give streamers the ability to manage their Bots better.

Adding this role would also reduce the workload of Twitch support in having to handle requests from Partners when managing their bot subs.

A limit can be put in place on the number of bots that can have this role, 1 for affiliates 2 for partners. Bots that don't need emote access could still be given the mod role for necessary access for commands etc.
