Founder badges revoke
Revoking of founder badge should not be permanent, or at the very least, creator/streamer should have the ability to control whether their channel's Founder badge are revoked permanently from a user or not.
Example case:
User A has founder badge revoked temporarily due to inactivity, but after some time when they are back active again, if there are founder badge slots available, they should be able to reobtain the founder badge.
User B has founder badge revoked PERMANENTLY due to bad behavior, thus they are not allowed to reclaim the founder badge even if they resubbed to channel.
