Update links for Charities.
When going through the list of Charity options, I noticed that some of them have dead or wrong links to websites. This does not inspire confidence in creating a fundraising event for a particular organization.
For example, the links for the Canadian Mental Health Association branches are .ca instead of .com, resulting in a "this site can't be reached" result when clicking on the Visit Website links on the Twitch info pages . The actual sites are all .com.
