Allow Moderators to Control Alerts by Twitch Alerts in Mod Dashboard
When filtering the Activity Feed to Alerts, mods are greeted with a grey box and mods can't access the control for Twitch Alerts. Allowing this will help the streamer not worry about Hype Chats or other nefarious actions from showing on the stream
