Roles
Let's face it: Twitch roles are totally broken. So getting straight to the point, here are how i think roles should be, and what roles we need. Starting with existing roles:
-VIP-
Nothing really needs change.
-Artist-
Can change emotes. Nothing crazy lol.
-Editors-
They are WAAAAY too overpowered, i think they should merge with other roles, they can literally change your entire stream info, play ads, it's ridiculous, but i think they should also have their own role, they can still change the title / category etc. but they can't do the any of the advanced stuff (ads, no raids, etc.)
-Moderators-
Now here's my first point: mods are kinda underpowered, only a bit, i think they should be able to disable raids (Like editor) cause it kinda counts as moderation (Hate raiding for example) and VIP / UNVIP and MOD / UNMOD commands should be removed (Another role can) and a Shadowban command should be added. Last thing: Can delete clips (Cause it's viewer made, so moderation can help)
Now we have existing roles out of the way, let's go on my new role ideas, and speaking of new roles, we should be able to add roles for your channel i mean it's common sense lol.
-Admin-
The big role, the absolute, a admin is basically a mod + editor. Admins can do anything that a mod and editor can do, WITHOUT the restrictions i mentioned for the mod, same for editor.
That's really it lol, so here's all the roles: Admin, Artist, Editor, Moderator, VIP. Thanks for reading!
