Manager role
Hello!
I propose a new role for people who co-manage a channel. This role would have the possibility to add/modify panels, banner, emotes, give/remove VIP, maybe edit channelpoints rewards.
I guess that this feature has already been proposed many times but it seems so useful to me and posibly to many other people too.
Thanks to all the team, have a good day!

There are lots of things to add to this role. I'm a mod in a channel and the owner doesn't have too much time to manage it. She is focused in content, but I'm her "Twitch expert consultant" to manage the channel. Asking her to do some things (specially if it's something that repeats like enabling autopublishing of VODs which is automatically disabled because of copyright) is something annoying for both me and she.
I'd like to do these things in her behalf:
- Enable/disable VOD autopublishing (I notice it before she does, and have to wait for her to have time to re-enable it when is disabled).
- Publish/unpublish VODs.
- Vip, unvip, mod and unmod. Also, mod the mods.
- Enable/disable/edit rewards (ie. when she's hosting an interview in Streamyard and she cannot see those rewards).
- View banlist.
- Relaunch alerts (subs when she's AFK).
- Check full stats.
- Edit settings like shield mode. These permissions can be something granular, like enabling vipping but not modding others.

Chiming in on this as well. It'd be nice if this theoretical manager role had full or nearly full access to the channel. Including stuff like adding more mods and such. Other platforms including YT have something similar.

Give access to either the Editor, or Artist Role to edit & add new emotes to the chat

Give Mods or Editors access to change, edit & disable specific channel points redemptions for ease of use so the streamer doesn't need to be the only one
