Tools to help streamers diagnose connection/bandwidth issues. I understand that the infrastructure is gonna be what it's gonna be, but I'd love to know why my bandwidth goes from 6kb/s to 0kb/s every Friday at 5pm. If it's Twitch being overloaded? That's fine. I get it. If it's my ISP? I need to know what to yell at them about.

I've had my ISP out here 4 times to remedy my connection to twitch servers. I've come to find my internet is just fine. Turns out my connection to twitch is so GOD awful around 5:00 p.m. for some god forsaken reason. I'd like this issue to be fixed because I am having a difficult time finding the proper server to stream from.
