quick actions missing
Quick Actions tab under Stream manager is missing and i can not seem to find a way to re-add the tab.

I figured out how to get it back - clear your cookies and cache from the past 24 hours and that should restore the quick action panel back to stream manager

Yesterday I accidentally removed some panels and I reorganized them but not so good and when i tried to put quick actions I couldn't find them
