Revenue Breakdown
The recent up to the payouts section has made a massive difference in ease of use, but I think we could benefit from it being taken a step further and revamping the revenue breakdown too. Twitch payouts are the middle of the month, but subs/bits/etc are processed daily.
I feel there needs to a clearer way of display of which payments were paid out in that month and which will roll over to next month as this would allow users to get a clearer idea of how much they already have towards the next payment threshold.
This could either be done in one of two ways:
1. By adding a "Since last payout" option to the drop-down list of analytics timeframe bar chart. (Currently the options are, day/week/month).
2. By displaying it under the "estimated total", for example:
Total Estimated Revenue (USD) $30.00
Total Estimated Since Last Payout $15.00
Since the "Total Estimated Revenue" doesn't state when it's calculated from, it can give a misleading total to those who may not be familiar with it, or to new affiliates. I think this change would give monetized streamers a clearer picture of their finaces and overall make it easier to understand and use.
Summary:
Since the payment details have been made easier to understand, I feel the "revenue breakdown" section could use a re-work too. Adding a specific feature that helps users instantly see how close they are to their next threshold payment rather than just the "total estimated" that is currently displayed.
