I know you guys have been "working" on this, but the views not counting for small streamers is crippling. I'm currently trying to get Affiliate status and it feels like every single time I start making progress, your servers/algorithms ***** me over and knock me back down again. I have friends that watch regularly and it had been counting their views... now I'm about to breach 2.2 views and because the system is not counting their views, I'm going to get knocked back down below 2.1 again. It's very frustrating that your system isn't more reliable than this. I love the service, but can IT please fix this issue?

I have been having this problem a lot, like I would have a certain number of people watching live and even chatting, and then when you go see the view count it is incredibly lower than what I saw in chat.

This is actually same, but weird enough. On my phone's Twitch app it would say I had an average of 4 viewers, then I log into my computer, and its down to 3? I would understand if maybe my phone rounded up, but it was just plain 3. No decimals. Nothing else. I thought how weird for it to be a whole number off! It is frustrating as I thought the first time it happened was just some mistake, but now I see it happen again.

This is a constant on this channel. It must be extremely frustrating for people trying to make Affiliate.

Accurately count people on channel. I always have at least 3 people on my channel (they live in my house and log in). They are on for the duration of my stream. I usually have at least 2 or 3 additional people on my channel. However, my average count has been 2 or close to 2. I will never make Affiliate at this rate solely because Twitch doesn't count people on the channel accurately. I've tried discussing with support but I am rudely shut down each time. Please fix this!

My Views have been stuck at the same number for a long time and I’ve been streaming for quite some time. Not sure why this happens.

I am completely upset. On December 6th my view count was at 2.3. I didn't stream for like 2 days, and my number is down to 2.15. But since then I have streamed with and average of 4 to 5, so you mean to tell me my average view count is still 2.15 and my stream time is still at 38 hours, it has not moved since December 6th. Like WTF is going on!!!!!

I just left a stream a few moments ago, you can see we are playing crashem derby which takes min 3 ppl to play, so myself and 2 others were playing, and they were both talking a little. it shows avg views 1 MAX 1 unique viewers 4 unique chatters 3. So yeah its a bit broken.

Hey ! For several months I have been streaming more or less "in the wind".
It's been since around April that my channel views on OBS are stuck at 1638 and don't move at all.
I don't know where it came from, if it's a bug or not, and it's quite frustrating to be honest.I hope we find a way to resolve this.

Bonjour !

I know for a fact I had 3 viewers watching me for the entirety of my last stream yet, my average was still below 3?
SentI have the twitch names that were watching and confirmed they never shut it off.
I also had other people drop in throughout so my average should have been over 3
I know for a fact they were all watching the entire time start to finish and it showed I had 1 viewer for the first 25 minutes and didn't get 3 until after 30 minutes
can someone look into this please?

My viewer count sometimes drops to 0 literally as I am chatting with my viewers and as I know friends are watching.
I know that at any given moment I have at least 3-5 viewers, but the counter consistently shows 0-2.
I have tested streaming from various locations with an ethernet cable, so I know connectivity isn't to blame.
I have people participating in chat, so I know I am not temporarily dropping viewership.
I know of the chat bots and of the users that don't count in the Users In Chat list. I also know that users that only have the chat window up don't count (thought they should).
I already ruled out these explanation, they don't apply in this case.
This issue makes it difficult to get to affiliate for my stream summary consistently shows an average viewer count of less than 3.Please, I would like to know if there is anything that I can do on my end to improve the situation. If not, please, kindly fix this issue.
