There must be something wrong. It's not just a matter of views not registered, the viewers counter is completely broken. I can see for example 25 active users interacting with the streamer and the counter would say 15 instead. Completely non-sense. It's disheartening and a lot of people are thinking badly about Twitch lately, as if bots and toxic content gets more help from the platform.

If I'm an active user, or even if I'm not writing that much in chat and I'm just watching, and I'm also watching ads or paying a sub, I WANT to be included in the viewers counter, just as much as the streamer deserves to have me counted in their channel.

I have the same problem im trying to get affiliate status and my simultaneous viewers not counting!

but ther is no way to talk to someone? to get any kind of solution, i have a lot of screenshots of this happening and its not really normal

They don't care. I have reported this numerous times with screen captures from my viewers and they claim there is no issue. A class action lawsuit needs to get started because if they will do this to the little streamer they are definitely doing it to the big streamer. It's theft.

yeah my month has just reset on trying to make affiliate so i thought i would check the problem as well and invited a few friends over while i streamed for a couple of hours, they were all watching even had a few chats but according to twitchs analytics afterwards i only had 0.48 views the entire stream. so something is definitely going

I know for a fact that I have at least 3 viewers consistently. (They live with me) They are logged in and watching the entire duration. I would be affiliate by now if the counter wasn't garbage. Why should streamers waste their LIMITED time trying to progress a career that the service keeps holding back? FIX THIS!

If twitch don't want more affiliates, they should say it... not doing this to all the people who is trying hard to make their stats on stream well

Want to tell you as a partner this issue on my channel too.. my community or average views goes from 200 to 60!..

there is 200 people talking on my chat already talking bro, not even lurking and twitch shows my views count as 50 60 maximum .. for 3 months now..

This is happening to me lately. I have had 5 people chatting in my chat at the same time and raided out with these people, but my twitch stream says just "1 viewer." This has been happening on all my streams lately. While I am an affiliate already, I feel that this is hurtful to my own growth. I stream an average of 3 days per week. The only time it changes is when I get a raid from a fellow streamer, and then it slowly drops off one by one until again it is only "1 viewer." I do realize that some people dip, but I do have regulars, and I am confused as to why this is happening.

I have like 50+ users in my chat!! they are chatting with me also, but twitch showing me the viewers count 3 !! I mean WTF!!!!! 50+ users in chat showing 3 ????? what the ****?

I have been having this problem a lot, like I would have a certain number of people watching live and even chatting, and then when you go see the view count it is incredibly lower than what I saw in chat.

This is actually same, but weird enough. On my phone's Twitch app it would say I had an average of 4 viewers, then I log into my computer, and its down to 3? I would understand if maybe my phone rounded up, but it was just plain 3. No decimals. Nothing else. I thought how weird for it to be a whole number off! It is frustrating as I thought the first time it happened was just some mistake, but now I see it happen again.

This is a constant on this channel. It must be extremely frustrating for people trying to make Affiliate.

I’ve been on this channel and have been active and still not counted.

Accurately count people on channel. I always have at least 3 people on my channel (they live in my house and log in). They are on for the duration of my stream. I usually have at least 2 or 3 additional people on my channel. However, my average count has been 2 or close to 2. I will never make Affiliate at this rate solely because Twitch doesn't count people on the channel accurately. I've tried discussing with support but I am rudely shut down each time. Please fix this!

My Views have been stuck at the same number for a long time and I’ve been streaming for quite some time. Not sure why this happens.

I am completely upset. On December 6th my view count was at 2.3. I didn't stream for like 2 days, and my number is down to 2.15. But since then I have streamed with and average of 4 to 5, so you mean to tell me my average view count is still 2.15 and my stream time is still at 38 hours, it has not moved since December 6th. Like WTF is going on!!!!!
