Puede que esto sea un bug, en todas mis transmisiones siempre tengo a rededor de 4 vistas simultaneas, pero en los logros de twitch me dice que tengo entre 2 o 1, lo mismo con los seguidores, me dice que tengo menos de los que tengo realmente

Lately I always get a report with the same info in different days. I'm trying to get the affiliate program but like this is impossible! With which criteria someone is able to become affiliate while others not? At this point every achievement is invalid because even if achieved it's not calculated in the statistics (number of days, spectators, hours and followers wrong).

I have been noticing this problem every day since starting up a bit over a month ago, and i stream about 6 hours daily. My numbers are doing great and as i approach affiliate it worries me that the analytics wont match up.
I have also noticed i dont have some of the basic "achievements" like doing a single stream, and yet i got the one for streaming 25 days in a row. How????

every day i keep streaming with my friends watching but just show 1 viewer and when i finish my streams keep droping my viewer media so i can´t get affiliate

I am on the path to an affiliate and the viewer count is not correctly showing the people that are actually watching, considering I have a few friends that are watching my stream, but it constantly says I only have one viewer. How am I supposed to meet my goals if it's not giving me the credit I deserve?

I have had a few friends watching my stream at the same time for multiple streams that were hours long and my views were only at 1 or 2. It appears that the views aren't accurate. So maybe there could be a fix to correct how many are actually viewing.

I did a stream last night, a couple of regulars and some new folks. They were chatting, responding to my audio, commenting on what was on screen so clearly not muting the stream etc. My gut feel during the stream was 2-3 people at any one time. Twitch reports an average of zero viewers for the stream. Streamlabs reports an average of 2 for the same stream. I would like to hit affiliate but won't unless Twitch fixes this. I can see people have been raising this for at least a year with no response. Tickets just get closed. What do we do? Move to another platform? What?

Has anyone gotten help with this yet? I'm having this problem every few days and its usually the same people in chat. It's annoying because its bringing down the average and overall analytics even though PEOPLE ARE THERE and active. That's extremely unfair to new people starting out because you are directly hampering their ability to grow through no fault of their own.

As the others are saying. I had around 4 active viewers chatting as well as my mod (same IP as me) and a party member so 6 viewers before counting anyone lurking. Twitch kept fluctuating between 1 and 3 viewers. Average 2. I can't make Affiliate if I don't get credit for the actual viewer count.

My stream does this pretty often too. My wife will be watching right next to me and both teammates and itll still say one?? i need answers.

me pasa lo mismo que ha esta persona, llevo mucho tiempo notando que mi canal tiene muchas visitas y viwers en directo, como el compañero dice, mis viwers de media es de 1 o 2 cuando debería de ser mínimamente de 4 para arriba, por culpa de eso no tengo el afiliado, desgraciadamente no soy la única persona que le pasa, solucionen el problema porfavor. mi canal es Epic_JoSeChU

I've seen this go both ways. I'll have more people in chat than it says are viewing, and I'll also have it say that I have a viewer when no one is actually there. Never seems to go back down to 0 if no one is watching. Just hangs at 1.

Also having this problem, like it will say 1 or 2 live viewers but 12 people chatting?

For our stream it will show we have 12 people chatting but only 1 or 2 viewers? And if i look in the participants section it will show at least 20 people lurking? Just wondering why this is, thank you so much for you time.
