We getting it boys and girls! Twitch is allowing new streamers to earn money finally and its up to us to show these attention seeking big streamers how it is done!

A mi me paso lo mismo y pienso que si deberían cambiarlo

That makes... No sense, whatsoever.

See I got affiliate about a year ago, but stopped streaming because as a small streamer you don't earn anything and these big time streamers get the most attention, Been thinking of going to kick even tiktok has been better

I think it's broken af. I had a friend raid me with 34 viewers and despite my overview saying that over the last 30 days I've had an average of 4 viewers, the affiliate achievement is like no, only 2.94 of them count.

same it is doing it to me too i had 77 people on one stream and over 5 people chatting yet i havent done the 5people chatting challenge its saving none of it ,, i might go to kick see what that is like because i have streamed over 100hrs had plenty people on my live and chat to become affiliated but its a no go ... iv put alot of time and effort into this make my own designs and everything for my channel i even have a camera so peeps can see me an chat ,yet people who just sit there with no effort get affiliated its abit sad really and iv noticed if your girl you dont need nothing but just to be a girl and you get loads on view and affiliation straight away ,, iv got friends who have only just started this and there already affiliated with twitch iv been doing this for years now and still nothing im literally stuck on getting teh average views challenge and the more hrs i do the less chance i have so i think its over for me ,, i need this to make a living and its ruined my life abit not gonna lie ,, Twitch has honestly ruined this whole experience for me

I'm a 24-hour streamer due to getting the full effect of a game. Only once have I ever had 3+ viewers average in a day. This includes 2 days where literally over 100 people were in my room for a few moments (event for said game). All other criteria is fulfilled, except the viewer average. I decided I'd test out viewer average for a smaller time period. 5 friends talking at the same time for an extended period of time, and guess what? The room viewer count stayed at 2 despite 5 of use actively watching and talking in that sample period. Not only is being 24 hours hurting (despite having a dedicated fanbase), but the viewer count never seems to be accurate anyways. Just pure frustration.

I constantly broadcast on Twitch and I have the same problem. This needs to be fixed urgently. I shared the same problem as a post on my personal blog site, but there was no result.

es verdad me esta pasando ami me pide 60 y ahora me cuenta solo 57

after 2 years of streaming i have never made more than 60 cents in ad revunue for 13 hours and 40 mins worth of streaming ....remove the ads i'm getting 55% of ads so you aint making enough off ads to justifiy having them and how do i have 19 chaters (average?) in my chat but only 1 avgerage viewer?

Printed on promo mugs distributed at a streaming seminar was the statement "Getting affiliate should be about getting more followers and not more viewers." This sparked discussions among attendees about the importance of building a dedicated community of followers rather than focusing solely on viewer numbers. Participants exchanged insights on strategies for cultivating viewer engagement and fostering long-term relationships with followers, emphasizing the value of quality interactions over sheer viewer count.

id say the exact opposite, the follow restriction makes no sense cuz people cheat it with f4f

I do agree that TWITCH has massive problems for current views and if it has 100+ MILLION downloaded it shouldn't be this difficult to get affiliated. i had 3 of my friends at the same time watching and commenting of my stream all watching for roughly an hour and it would show that 2 of the would leave my stream b4 the hour. I've been trying for weeks to get affiliated so that my viewers can earn channel points. Also on my channel it says i have 49 followers and when i look at my creator dashboard it states that i only have 47 so PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM OR I WILL DELETE TWITCH AND TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO AS WELL !
