Not Able to Upload Videos in Video Producer

When I go into Video Producer all I see is the drop down for 'All Videos', 'Upload', Past Premiere', etc. a TIP that says '32% of viewers that watch a highlight return to a live stream within a week. Make a highlight' and 'You have no videos which match these filters.' No way to upload a video. Doesn't work on Chrome or IE

    06.02.2021 03:01 i read that u must have reached affiliate status and/or maybe partner to be able to upload. Have u reached that? i cant upload as well

    I went to the homepage, (already logged into my account) and clicked the profile icon and proceeded to click "Video Producer" so i can upload a video, but.. the upload button/icon is just not there (I'm just starting to stream/make videos) all it shows is "All videos"with a pop down to categories, with small text below it saying, "You have no videos that match these filters" (keep in mind that the categories is "all videos") this seems all good because i don't have any streams or videos, but that's it, no upload button so i can import my video file
    I don't know if you can respond so if you cant this is my Gmail, (asked.emu132@gmail.com) if you know the problem

    it says to click the icon in the top left corner but there is no icon anywhere so how do i upload a vid

    I am doing business and still haven't found out how to upload an animated video!
