Twitch clearly stated that it may take up to 2-4 weeks for you to hear back from Twitch partnership team, and those who have completed the Path to Partner achievement can expect a response within 7 business days.
Unfortunately, affiliate members who fulfilled the requirement for Twitch Partnership Program(=Completed the Path to Partner) in South Korea cannot receive the answer about partnership application from Twitch Headquarters, with sufficient average viewers and streaming hours. Even Twitch clearly stated that it usually takes 7 business days for streamers get back to receive the answer for partner program after receiving application, some streamers(including nara_kyle, who is proud member of League of Legends Partner Program, and invited to LoL All-Star 2019 in Las Vegas, with over 220,000 youtube subscribers) even CANNOT get answer for Partnership application from Twitch HQ after a month. Meanwhile, this situation seems to be very unfair to Korean Twitch Communities, and streamers with similar condition struggle from absence of the direct way to reach partnership managers in Seoul office.
The situation clearly contributes to serious loss of mutual trust not only between streamers and partnership managers, but also within whole Twitch and game streaming communities. This is very serious.
Please fix this situation NOW, by speeding up the processes regarding partnership application and acceptance delayed in South Korea, and making direct channel of communication reachable to partnership managers in local office. Thank You.
