Can't scroll down on extension details page
Since the new dashboard, you can't scroll down on an extension detail page.
As a result, you can't access all the information if the description is bigger than average, if your window isn't big enough or if you use a laptop.

Tested again today, it's fixed

On Chrome and Firefox, when you open an extension configuration page it fills the whole space available.
On safari, the height of the iframe containing the extension configuration page is locked to 150px height
