achievement WHO WATCHES THE WATCHERS is stuck at 33% but i have already 3 average viewers but its still 33%
Can confirm, streamed for 10 hours.. got 5 average viewers yesterday with the 7 hour stream, today i got 5 average viewer on my 10 hour stream, still no boost on the 67% percentage, twitch please fix.
I've yet to receive an email of today's stream
My Stream Summary is showing the wrong duration and not reflecting a second stream in the same day. Both streams are archived but the stats and summary pages don't show them correctly after 10 hours since the last stream ended.
I think a lot of you are misunderstanding the concept of the average. if you stream a bunch of times with 0-1 viewers you hurt your average a lot. the average is calculated by adding up all your views and dividing it by the amount of streams.. if you have a few 0 viewer streams you still have to count those. Say your stats look like this:
0 | 0 | 0 | 6 | 3 | 1 | 2 | 8 | 3 | 3 | 3 | 3 | 0 | 3 | 1 |
the average views here is 2.4 (2 according to twitch)
additionally.. your avergage views per stream are also calculated like this, if you have a really slow start to your stream with 0 viewers then end on 3 in the last quarter of your stream the average for that stream could still be 0.75 (0 views to twitch)
BUT I'm not totally counting out the idea that the dashboard has issues.. a lot of my stats seem really odd and sometimes the stream summary says it's ready and my 2 hour stream with 8 average views says 3 minutes and 0 viewers.. x_x 3 hours later that fixed itself but still.. and my achievements are broken cause i never got the "start your first stream" achievement.. when i most certainly have streamed.....
There are many of us who are stuck at 33% and there are also many of us who think about creating a new account. I obtained between 6 and 8 spectators for a few days and that has never been added to me.
mine is glitched as well, stuck at only 1 when i had 4 today i have a screenshot as proof, as well as hosted 14 viewers never credited to my viewer account a couple days ago as well.
"Stats" does not help if your viewer count is glitched / stuck at 1 even tho you been hitting that 5-10 viewers almost every time you stream. I really don't want to lose everything by creating a new account, but it looks like that is the only option left since there is no solution.
Ok... I understood something. Check "Stats" (not Stream Summary) and choose "last 30 days", guys. I don't have 3 average viewers. So, see you later... I think :) but I hope everything is gonna be alright)
I have same problem here. First time it was bouncing from 33% and 67% and now it's just stuck at 33% and I don't know what to do cause I been def getting more than 5 viewers. I even sent a ticket to support twice and got nothing.

I’m stuck at 33% for who watches the watchers and I average 3+ viewers every stream
having same issue.
stuck at 67% :(((
Me too. Is something wrong with twitch?. :(
I'm stuck at 67% too.
Who watches the watchers?
Reach 3 average viewers in the last 30 days
I'm still at 67% :(
The summary page seems to use a floor function to determine average viewers but the stats page is rounding up from the first decimal point.
If your stats page is showing 3 average viewers over 30 days and you extract the data as a CSV, you can run the average of the average viewers column and it can come out below 3, but within the rounding threshold.
It also seems to be delayed by about 24 hours.
I'm having the same issue, im averaging 5 viewers a stream (over the last 30 days), as per the stats page, achievements aren't even recognizing any.
like the idea of the system in place but its 3 years too late for this to be done now, And for channels that have already achived alot of the goals set in the achivements should have already done ( meaning its complete) and not blank still + the streamers that did alot of hard work before will feel that this system is a load of bull but still well done for getting it implmented
I have the same issue and my viewers have been asking me whats going on, and I haven't been able to come back with a solid answer.
