main moderator
Most streamers already have their main mods with which they communicate. Also often in big streams, streamers dont know all users in chat and who is who(does user adequate or how long user here). So i suggest if streamer wants he can create one main moderator in channel, that can mod(or unmod) other user.

Personally I think this is a great idea. I am what you would class as a "head moderator" in a channel and have total say who can be a moderator and who can't but I have to talk to the streamer to make this happen which is not always convenient as the streamer is busy streaming.
